How to integrate monday.com to Google Chat
Thank you for installing the Google Chat Integration app in your monday.com account. If you have any questions, kindly send a mail to keem@notifyapp.dev
Setup in monday.com
To get started, click on the ‘Use App’ button in the upper right corner of this page
You will be redirected to add the app to a workspace and board. Choose your workspace and board and click on ‘Add feature’
Once you click on the ‘Add feature’ button, you will be redirected to add a recipe to your board. Click on the recipe you want to configure
If this is the first time, you are setting up the integration, you will be redirected, to a documentation page that demonstrates how to install the app in Google Chat. The contents in the documentation page is the same as below

Installation in Google Chat
Since the app integrates with Google Chat, you will have to install the app in Google Chat as well.
- To install the app in Google Chat, log in to Google Chat (You may need Admin privileges to install an app in Google Chat. In that case, reach out to your Google Chat admin)
- Next to Chat, click Start a chat + and then click on Find apps.
- Type ‘monday.com’ in the search bar. Click on ‘Chat’ or ‘Add to Space’
- Click on ‘Sign in to monday.com’ after the app is added to a space
- You can add the app to as many spaces as you wish. Please click on ‘Sign in to monday.com’ each time you add the app to a space.
- After signing in, you will be redirected monday.com to complete your integration recipe.
- Choose your Google Chat Space by clicking on ‘space’ and selecting a space. When you are done selecting a space, click on “Add to board” in the bottom right corner
